Logistics, Inspection & Compliance

SOCIAL COMPLIANCE & STANDARDS
During our initial factory audit, AASA will review the entire facility – production area, warehouse, dormitories, canteen, etc – and we will give your auditors insight into the physical conditions the employees work in every day.
Local Chinese, Vietnam and other Asian countries require by law that basic amenities be upheld at all factories: Workers must have enough space to move around and work in, adequate ventilation, clearly marked and unobstructed emergency exits, sanitary cafeterias and restrooms, and easy access to potable water. AASA has no wiggle room here. If a factory is chosen by us, the workers will have safe and stable working conditions.

SUPPLIERS COMPLIANCE ISSUE
The majority of a supplier’s compliance issues are usually discovered during this walkthrough. Common issues include machines lacking proper safety equipment, exposed or unmarked electrical wiring, chemicals that lack warning and information labels, and a lack of adequate personal protective equipment (PPE).
We will also make sure there is no child labor, so you can rest assured the factory will have good and fair working conditions for all its staff. If a factory does not meet our strict social compliance standards they will not be given the opportunity to price out product.

CUSTOMS CLEARING HOUSE
The paperwork for exporting out of Asia is long and complicated and comes with challenges. AASA can handle all the necessary paperwork for shipments leaving Asia and entering the Americas.
We will handle all duty preparation and make sure you stay on good terms with all governing bodies (Asia and USA).

3RD PARTY FULL DAY INSPECTION
Even the best factories can run into quality issues. Here at AASA we run multiple inspections for your mass production, which will seriously reduce the risk of quality issues.
AASA will inspect your product through all phases of production. That said, once your production is fully completed, AASA will hire a 3rd party inspection company which will provide you with a full inspection report:
A. Making sure the specs are correct.
B. Make sure the assembly is correct.
C. Make sure product functions as it should be.
D. Make sure packaging is correct and retail ready.
E. The count is correct and there are no shortages.
F. Strong and consistency in the workmanship.
